Formerly a 17th century dairy farm in Kilmington, near Lyme Regis our stone holiday cottages have been renovated to the highest standards, offering a range of quiet and comfortable accommodation to suit all requirements. Choose from a range of family rooms you can stay in all together to smaller rustic rooms for solo travellers. Relax and enjoy our holiday cottages near Lyme Regis in peaceful comfort.

On arrival, you’ll be greeted at reception in our main building where we can also serve breakfast or dinner in our beautiful wood-panelled dining room. Our very own cocktail bar is here too. Get together after a day at Lyme Regis beach or walking the hills and swap stories, chill out. If you prefer more natural relaxation, we have an onsite wood-fired hot tub - perfect for après-sea or rejuvenating tired legs.

Our outdoor wedding space can sit 120 guests with picture perfect views across the Axe Valley, down to Lyme Regis and is conveniently located next to our big barn for perfect weather-safe dining and dancing.

The setting is high on a hill, with spectacular views of the picturesque Axe Valley down to Lyme Regis, giving you the best of both worlds, a rustic country wedding with a sea view. With ample holiday cottage accomodation, if you're are seeking a unique wedding venue in Devon or a rustic country barn wedding to celebrate your perfect day, we can offer both.
Spa
Here in your very own utopia, the chaos of the outside world will be completely forgotten. Complete tranquility surrounds you as you unwind in comfort in one of five treatment rooms, the sheltered jacuzzi and sauna area. Alongside the spa you can enjoy our restaurant complete with seasonal menu. We would be pleased to arrange reservations on request then stay the night in one of our holiday cottages to complete your experience.
Things to do in Devon
Our holiday cottages are located near to Lyme Regis in beautiful countryside that offers a variety of attractions and things to do in Devon. Walk barefoot across sandy beaches, go fossil hunting in Lyme Regis, explore rocky coastlines or wander amongst its rolling green hills and valleys. To get up close to the county's unique wildlife is one of the best things you can do in Devon and it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
While for foodies and culture vultures there's also plenty of things to do in Devon with fantastic local produce and restaurants and musems, galleries and art exhibitions to visit. No trip to Devon would be complete without a Devonshire Cream Tea with scone, clotted cream and jam - it's cream first of course! The Dartmouth Food Festival is also worth a visit as is the Exeter festival, as a great thing to do in Devon for families.
